We care for & protect your child.

  • There is a non-refundable registration fee of $75 for each child that enrolls with Trinity Lutheran Acadeny. If our classes are full, we have a wait-list, and the $75 will reserve your child's place. We do provide an advanced enrollment option whereby families are able to reserve a position for their child ahead of time. Annual supply fees are required annually in August and may change due to economic factors and needs.
We pride in keeping our student-teacher ratio low. Depending on the class and age of your child will determine the ratio. Please see information about our classes to learn more about what Trinity Learning Center has to offer.
Trinity Lutheran Academy does provide hardship scholarships when they are available. TLA does, work within state regulations and will meet all needs for those participating in DFACS programs.
At this time, we do not provide extended care past the hours of 6 pm. Please contact our administrators or staff for recommendations on after-hours-care solutions for your child.
We ask that you bring the appropriate supplies your child needs to get through the day, depending on the age of the child. For instance, infants will need:
    • - Prepared bottles labeled with name and date
    • - Back-up formula
    • - Baby food/cereal
    • - Wipes/diapers
    • - Diaper ointment
    • - 2 extra outfits
Children attending will benefit from our healthy meal-plan, but will still need clothes, diapers, wipes, and ointment as necessary. Toys and learning materials are not needed as our facility provides a full range of entertainment and educational items.
We make every effort to be open, even in instances of inclement weather. However, anytime Clarke County Schools are closed due to weather conditions, the Learning Center and Preschool will also be closed.
Trinity Lutheran Academy welcomes individuals of all religious backgrounds. No one in your family needs to be a member of our church, nor do we request information about your religious background. However, be advised that because we maintain a Christian environment, we will be teaching a Bible-based curriculum.
Your child does not need to be potty trained if under the age of three. However, if your child is at the age to be trained, our teachers will work with your child to help them master the concept. We ask that you bring extra clothing during this transition stage.
